BusyCal

Apple requires all third-party apps (e.g. BusyCal) to use an app-specific password to sync with iCloud. A prerequisite for creating an app-specific password is that you must enable two-factor authentication. So you will have to do both. You'll find full instructions here:
https://support.busymac.com/help/71150-icloud-two-factor-authentication-and-app-specific-passwords
If you do not want to enable iCloud two-factor authentication and use an app-specific password, your options are:
A) Switch from BusyCal to Apple Calendar and continue syncing with iCloud.
-or-
B) continue using BusyCal but switch from iCloud to Google Calendar.

Hi Joe,BusyCal

There is no way to work around the problem w/Daylite and MobileMe.

If you need to get your Daylite calendar synced to iCal and then to your iPhone, you have really these two options:

1) Sync Daylite with local iCal calendars, then use iTunes to sync those calendars w/your iPhone
2) Sync Daylite with local iCal calendars, then use BusySync (or BusyCal) to sync those calendars to Google, then use your iPhone to access Google.
